Janee Boswell is a veteran teacher at Black Bob Elementary with 20 years of experience at the school and 21 years in education. She holds two master’s degrees—one in Reading and the other in Educational Leadership—and serves as her building’s BLT chair. Janee is known for her strong leadership, strategic mindset, and passion for positive reinforcement and effective classroom management. She is a true team player who excels at building relationships with students, staff, and families and is constantly learning and growing in her craft. Whether leading a school initiative or collaborating on daily instruction, Janee brings clarity, consistency, and a deep love for her students and school community.
