Hi, I’m Melinda Bricker, a behavior coach based in Olathe, Kansas. I’ve been working in special education for over 14 years, and I’m passionate about supporting students, families, and educators in creating positive, inclusive learning environments. Before my time in special education, I spent 4 years working with adult English language learners, which helped shape my appreciation for diverse backgrounds and learning needs.I’m also a proud mom of two amazing kids, and we share our home with two energetic dogs and one curious cat—never a dull moment! My personal and professional experiences have taught me the value of patience, empathy, and collaboration, and I bring those values into everything I do as a coach.I truly believe every student can succeed with the right support, and I’m committed to helping them get there.
