Teachers often work with students with a wide variety of mental health needs in the classroom. This sometimes leaves people feeling frustrated by the response, unsure of how to respond, or hopeless that it is not working. In this session, we will discuss how teachers can balance having grace for a student's needs and holding them accountable. We will explore different interventions that can help build classroom community and accountability while meeting all students where they are at.
